Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

You will be picked up in the morning from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Begin your scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley, making brief stops for refreshments and photos along the way. Upon arrival at Maasai Mara in the early afternoon, check in to your camp and enjoy a warm welcome lunch in the heart of the savannah.

After lunch, embark on a cultural visit to a nearby Maasai village. Learn about their rich traditions, from the architecture of traditional manyattas to their vibrant dress, songs, dances, and the cultural significance that has been passed down through generations. Return to your camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay in Maasai Mara.

Day 2: Maasai Mara Full-Day Game Drive

After an early breakfast, head out for a full day of game viewing in the Maasai Mara. Equipped with packed lunches, explore the expansive plains and diverse landscapes in search of Africa’s iconic Big Five—elephants, lions, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos—as well as giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and many other species. Stop for a scenic picnic lunch near the Mara River, which is home to hippos and crocodiles.

If visiting during the migration season, you may witness the dramatic wildebeest crossings. Continue the adventure through different wildlife-rich zones before returning to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay in Maasai Mara.

Day 3: Maasai Mara to Nairobi

Enjoy breakfast at your camp before checking out. Start your relaxed drive back to Nairobi, passing through the picturesque Kenyan countryside. Make a stopover for lunch at a local restaurant along the way.

Arrive in Nairobi by late afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, marking the end of your unforgettable journey through the wild majesty of the Mara.
